Join our waitlist to be contacted by us when there is an opening on the roster.

We will contact you to schedule a time when you may tour campus and meet our staff.

Forms to enroll will be sent to you if you are interested. We require three forms:

• Enrollment Application
• Medical Consent Form
• Financial Agreement

Registration fee for administrative and accounting is due at the time of enrollment, and annually thereafter.

New Student Deposit holds your position prior to start and is applied to the first month's tuition.

Fee and Deposit are nonrefundable.
